way 02:36 more than everything else and I'm still 02:38 faster than every other car I've taken 02:39 through cliche quarter yeah this thing 02:41 is silly fast so you do need to shoot 02:43 the brakes more for safety you need like 02:45 a full Grand Prix track just to get the 02:46 most out of it 02:47 you really do that's why I'm not gonna 02:49 be going through too many gears today 02:50 I'm just gonna let's just coast a little 02:51 bit so this is a dual clutch 02:53 transmission 7-speed just

like in the 02:55 Audi r8 and as I said in the Audi r8 02:58 this is the fastest shifting 02:59 transmission I've ever used let's just 03:01 downshift a couple gears watch this 03:02 click 03:05 it's like as fast as you can think it 03:07 does it and lucky for us they're called 03:09 a mountain so they don't turn with the 03:11 steering wheel and the paddles 03:12 themselves are so high-quality they feel 03:14 so nice but it is quite a bit of a reach 03:16 to get to it if you're not used to

introduce a new rule that as long 05:13 as it's not an SUV the doors can go up 05:16 I'm down with that rule does this have a 05:17 gimmicky steering wheel yes it does 05:19 because the turn signal thing and the 05:21 drive modes and the paddles can it fit a 05:24 box box test no it obviously can't 05:26 perfect supercar pass visor test let's 05:29 find out nope sup ercar pass and the 05:33 visors are so small the sticker doesn't 05:34 even fit all the way on it and the last 05:37 test does it

they 06:23 have any panels that they need to block 06:24 stuff off its behind that and then we 06:26 have a really sick looking rear diffuser 06:28 as well I really like it it's a 06:29 completely different shape and then if 06:31 we look a little higher we have our 06:32 engine with our firing order for every 06:34 10 yes with th e p10 badge right there 06:36 and we can open up that glass and see 06:38 right inside yeah and it looks super 06:40 cool cooler than the corvette CA yeah I 06:42 was

gonna say it is a little bit better 06:44 and then for side profile we've got 06:46 these gigantic scoops and the way it 06:47 comes around it's so satisfying it looks 06:50 much better than the spider version yeah 06:52 I love how it looks from the side and 06:54 the wheels on this thing look incredible 06:56 there's huge bigger in the back smaller 06:58 in the front and we have big carbon 07:00 ceramic brakes love how they look and 07:02 what does the Continental recommended 07:03 tire for the

oricon Evo the sport 07:05 contact six and then front end front end 07:08 is razor sharp you just sharpen 07:09 everything about it in the front I think 07:11 it makes it look a little less elegant 07:12 but like way more aggressive yeah this 07:14 is where I think the rear wheel drive 07:16 one looks just so much better they just 07:17 changed the front end the scoops just I 07:19 love how clean it looks and I like how 07:20 there's like no grill at the front it's 07:22 just scoops yeah exactly

like no fake 07:24 grills because there are no grills and 07:25 it's cool cuz when you're driving 07:26 through snow you can see where all of 07:27 the snow goes yeah and launching it in 07:29 the snow is hilarious 07:34 [Music] 07:37 so overall these looks compared to the 07:39 perform on teh I like to perform on 07:41 Taymor even its spider No okay these 07:43 looks in this color I would take this 07:46 color over like a red or something maybe 07:48 because I like the DeLorean style

cyber 07:50 truck style look of it but man like this 07:52 looks so perfect I'd take a brighter 07:53 color in this any day green yellow yes 07:56 like a dark blue or something like that 07:58 now I wouldn't do it totally agree 08:00 so let's get you into the driver's seat 08:02 laun ch control thrust mode 08:10 all right a little soft didn't stay in 08:12 it the show if this was not winter and 08:14 this was not snowy conditions it can do 08:16 0 to 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds and

that's 08:20 pretty much the same as the Corvette 08:21 right on paper it is and they can 08:23 probably do it the exact same pace but 08:24 it's the speed after and the sensation 08:27 of speed that's way more in here yeah 08:28 like this feels like oh my goodness the 08 :30 Corvette was like I could use more 08:32 exactly so if you got upset at us for 08:34 saying that the Corvettes not that fast 08:36 in the Corvette video here's the answer 08:38 so let's talk about some more

mechanical 08:39 stuff before you send it in the cliche 08:41 corner so we do have a mechanical 08:42 locking rear differential which is 08:44 awesome and we do have 08:45 magnetorheological suspension which I 08:47 find to be stiffer than MacLaren's yeah 08:4 9 to be honest I haven't noticed too much 08:50 of a difference but I think you have a 08:52 keener feeling of the differences I can 08:54 notice suspension changes a little bit 08:55 more than you can and another cool thing 08:57 that this

has is all-wheel steering so 08:59 you can actually see the degree of 09:00 steering if you hit the vehicle button 09:02 and go into LDV eye on your infotainment 09:04 because yeah this has a whole new 09:06 infotainment and there you can see the 0 9:08 all-wheel-drive bias so it is primarily 09:09 rear-wheel drive then you also have a 09:11 built in camera that you can use for 09:13 driving on track stuff to record all 09:14 your data and everything yeah this has 09:16 the telemetry option but

I'm going to 09:17 hit a cliche corner first and then we'll 09:19 get into the rest the infotainment go 09:20 for it here you send it and with the wet 09:22 roads are gonna floor it to Mike right 09:24 away after I floored I'm on the br akes 09:25 pretty much 09:29 but it's still the fastest thing I've 09:31 taken through here but we have driven 09:33 the gt2 RS gt3 RS the NSX and a bunch of 09:36 other crazy cars through like a 570 in 09:38 the 615 yeah I feel like this is still 09:40 faster and

this is in the winter there's 09:42 something about this 09:43 it's the instant response because the 09:45 v10 it's probably that yeah it feels 09:48 really fast okay so now time to get into 09:50 the infotainment and the in terior go for 09:52 it and I start with the infotainment 09:53 please do so we have a vertical screen 09:55 in the middle area right here yeah 09:57 before we didn't have anything yeah the 09:58 last Huracan that we drove it had the 10:00 infotainment screen in the gauge

poster 10:02 she actually had your Google Maps in 10:03 your gauges yeah if you had apple 10:05 carplay because this actually has apple 10:07 carplay but it does not have Android 10:09 auto or at least I can't ge t it to work 10:10 and the apple cart play is all vertical 10:12 which is pretty cool it looks so 10:14 interesting for your directions it like 10:16 doesn't make any sense there's like a 10:17 way too much blank room it's one of the 10:18 biggest screens for apple carplay 10:20 actually

do you think volvo is gonna 10:22 introduce this since they have vertical 10:23 screens no because Volvo is done by 10:25 Android now yeah Google so on this 10:28 infotainment screen we do have satell ite 10:30 radio but it does not rewind and 10:32 noticeably absent from this because they 10:34 deleted pretty much every button there 10:35 is no volume or tuning knob however they 10:38 came up with the best solution in the 10:41 world two fingers on the infotainment 10:43 slide up and down that's

it volume 10:45 changes but then what if you need to 10:47 mute it real quick three fingers slam 10:49 them down and muted that's genius it is 10:52 genius how does a Lamborghini have so 1 0:55 many like infotainment and interior 10:57 inventions that everyone else hasn't 10:58 been copying Honda could have just done 11:00 that instead of reintroducing the volume 11:02 knob and everyone would be like yeah you 11:04 know what great solution and overall the 11:05 infotainment is really responsive

the 11:07 graphics are cool we've got hexagons 11:08 everywhere I like it for it being in a 11:10 Lamborghini I am very satisfied with it 11:13 it's a little too good you know what I 11:14 mean like it should be worse this whole 11:16 interiors a little too good so let's 11:17 take a general look at it does it feel 11:19 intimidating does it feel overly 11:21 supercar or anything I mean the driving 11:23 position itself feels very supercar but 11:25 in here the materials everything

feels 11:26 pretty luxurious it does feel kind of 11:28 wide though yeah the overall car is 11:30 really white but inside you really feel 11:32 it 11:33 we do have some gloss black accents but 11:34 this is at the price that you're not 11:35 going to clean it yourself so whatever 11:37 don't complain about 11:38 and we've got and we got really nice 11:39 blue stitching and I think my favorite 11:41 feature is this carbon fiber pattern in 11:43 the door panel because carbon fiber is a 11:45 woven

material and different from the 11:47 door panels all the carbon fiber and we 11:49 have that's exposed in the middle area 11:50 is hard carbon fiber ye ah it's like a 11:53 matte finish I like it I mean I like 11:55 carbon fibre you know me and just like 11:56 the other aircon that we drove we've got 11:58 a start/stop button that you've got to 11:59 lift a little safeguard over to start it 12:01 up and then are shifting area reverse 12:03 you pull up there's buttons for park and 12:05 manual

but to get it into Drive you need 12:07 to click the up panel I love that 12:10 feature and as I said earlier I love 12:11 these paddles yes probably the best in 12:14 class well maybe I don't know like the 12:16 McLaren wants to yeah they're very 12:18 everywhere at the top is good but if you 12:19 noticed that this whole shifter area is 12:21 very similar to the c8 you think they 12:23 borrowed some of that stuff oh for sure 12:24 they did except they made it a little 12:26 bit more awkward

because like the drive 12:27 mode selector and stuff this drive mode 12:29 selector is on the steering wheel so we 12:30 have st rata sport and Corsa and I love 12:32 it or what the strata sport of course I 12:34 mean street sport and race / track nice 12:38 yeah and then we have some toggle 12:40 buttons up here so we do have a nose 12:41 lift system which is very much 12:43 appreciated in the winter then we also 12:44 have our window switches up there kind 12:46 of like a Jeep yeah kind of I

guess and 12:49 a PT Cruiser and other Lamborghinis and 12:51 the gauges do change between drive modes 12:53 I reall y like the way it looks in sport 12:55 but in strata goes all the way across 12:58 yeah that's definitely your race moment 13:00 and like you said earlier the turn 13:01 signal is on the steering wheel I've 13:03 gotten very used to it I feel like my 13:05 hands are lazy now and I don't want to 13:06 leave the steering wheel at all anymore 13:07 and I know that's what I'm saying

but I 13:09 have at one point hit the window wipers 13:11 while trying to turn the right signal by 13:13 hitting the buttons on the right side of 13:14 the steering wheel and by the way the 13:15 left headlight button is actually for 13:17 your high beams and then as for blind 13:18 spots and everything while driving I've 13:20 got great visibility everywhere in front 13:22 because the engine is in the back the 13:24 mirrors are good I can see out the back 13:25 really well except you can't

really look 13:27 out the side that rear section is 13:29 definitely covered by engine area and 13:31 then we've got a reverse camera in the 13:33 middle of your gauges spot unfortunately 13:34 for us in the winter it got covered in 13:36 snow yeah which makes sense 13:38 subscribe for snow reviews for supercars 13:40 which we have to give Lamborghini a big 13:42 shout out because now they're the 3rd 13:43 company to give us a supercar in the 13:45 winter that's true shadow 13:46 thank you and

lastly the seats the seats 13:50 are fairly comfortable but after sitting 13:52 them for like an hour in traffic my side 13:53 but area was kind of painful so if 13:56 you're a little bit smaller person 13:57 you'll probably be fine yeah I am and as 13:59 long as not freakishly tall right I'm 14:00 kidding yeah that's fine that was the 14:02 other video watching that video but 14:04 speaking of freakishly tall I'm actually 14:06 almost hitting the roof here but there 14:07 is more room in here

a poor 1 6:02 man's Lamborghini like it kind of really 16:04 is a hundred percent like there is so 16:07 much that you get from this that you 16:08 don't get in the r8 minus the 16:10 performance because of the engine what 16:12 one thing that you really do get in this 16:13 is less understeer because driving the 16:16 r8 in the winter we got a lot of 16:18 understeer yeah and this is like right 16:20 away you'll oversteer in this which 16:21 makes it so much more fun and just so 16:23 much more
